The Trello integration is view-only for free users. To unlock all features for the Trello integration, consider upgrading to GitKraken Pro .
Connect Trello Integration
Set up the integration from the ISSUES pane in the left panel or from Preferences Integrations.
You will then be prompted by a Trello page to allow GitKraken Git GUI to connect to your Trello account. Scroll down and hit Allow to proceed.
Alternatively, you may copy the token from the Success page and paste it into the Trello integration page inside GitKraken Git GUI.
Once connected, your Trello cards will start to appear in the left panel. The app will default to an All Cards filter which will show all cards on the board.
Hover over any card to get a preview of the card Title, Description, List, Label, and Members.

Click to select a card to view the card details.
Here you may view and edit:
- Title and Description
- Add comments
Any changes made here will be reflected in your Trello board.
Create new card
From the left panel, click the icon to add a new Trello card.
Your new card will automatically sync with your Trello board.
You may create filters to view the cards you need.

Create branches from card
You may create a branches tied to a card from the card details view.
The branch name will automatically prefill based on the card name. After the branch is created, these branches will be denoted with an icon to reflect its link to a Trello card.
Copy card link or view in Trello
Click the icon to copy the card link or view the item directly in Trello.
